Our loan services are subject to the following terms:

• Loan applications are subject to credit approval and verification
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any loan application without providing reasons
• Loan amounts, interest rates, and repayment terms are determined based on creditworthiness
• All loan agreements are separate contracts with specific terms and conditions
• Early repayment may be subject to prepayment charges as specified in the loan agreement
• Failure to repay loans may result in legal action and credit score impact
• We may use third-party credit bureaus to assess your creditworthiness

By using our loan services, you acknowledge and agree to pay:

• Processing fees as disclosed at the time of loan application
• Interest rates as specified in your individual loan agreement
• Late payment fees for missed or delayed EMI payments
• Prepayment or foreclosure charges (if applicable)
• Legal fees and collection costs in case of default
• Any applicable taxes, duties, or government charges

You agree to repay your loan according to the following terms:

• Timely payment of EMIs on or before the due date each month
• Ensuring sufficient funds in your bank account for auto-debit
• Notifying us immediately if you anticipate difficulty in making payments
• Maintaining valid contact information throughout the loan tenure
• Complying with all terms specified in your loan agreement

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Using our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempting to circumvent our security measures or authentication processes
• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's identity
• Interfering with the proper functioning of our website or services
• Reverse engineering, copying, or distributing our intellectual property
• Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our services
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing our staff or other users

All content on our website and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, are the property of PNRG Finance or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Upon termination, your outstanding loan obligations remain in effect and must be repaid according to the loan agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to:

• First attempt resolution through good faith negotiation
• Mediation or arbitration if negotiation fails
• Exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Samastipur, Bihar

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website
• Updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page
• Sending email notifications for significant changes

Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
